365 of Days Questions: The thoughts that slide Poem

365 Questions, One Page Per Day: A One Year Self-Discovery Journal

Day 97: A drawing, short story or poem about your ever rushing thoughts.

Thoughts that slide

Thoughts are circles, you see
Round and round they go
Until they just come back to me.
There they grow and tippy-toe so slow.

They creep into every curve and crack,
Shaking up old, dusty guilt, shames and fears,
Reminding me of all my lacks
Until its bellow screams are all I hear
