Joys are not all riding a high, sometimes they are a contended sigh. Find a comfortable little nook re-read that favourite book. Take a blissful afternoon snooze Daydreaming and listening to my muse. Petting my cat's soft fur Listening to his joyous purr. That first morning coffee. That delicious bite of toffee. You don't need to look elsewhere, little joys are everywhere.
